  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

Property Access

  • All guests will receive a one-day pool pass to The Monarch, located approximately a 10-minute walk away. After booking, the booking guest must contact GoodNight Stay with the desired date and the number of guests to secure the passes.
  • 4 reserved parking spots are designated to this home, with additional street parking options available.

Policies and Rules

  • Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
  • City of Scottsdale requires no more than 6 non-related adults per home, not including children.
  • All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.

Fees and Payments

  • A non-refundable accidental damage coverage fee is required. This policy is paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $99 and covers $1,500 in damage. This fee is not associated with or included in the initial booking process and will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
  • Maximum of 2 pets under 35 lbs each; $100 fee per pet is required.

  • Two paper towel rolls per kitchen and two rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom are provided.
